(1)- Q: I would like to order a pedal,can I send a money order or paypal?

        A:Sorry  we no longer accept prepayment-we have now have a waiting list-just send us an email(see how to order section)indicating which pedals you are interested in and we will put you on the waiting list-when your names comes up on the list when your order is done then we will contact you for payment.

(2)-Q:I prepaid for a pedal and would like a refund rather than recieving the pedal or would like refund as I sent a prepaid pedal back within the 10 day trail period of recievement of pedal.

      A: We will gladly give you a refund, It takes up to two weeks to process your order for a refund.

(3)-Q: I am on the waiting list but did't notice that you do not ship to Europe and only to US/Canada residents?

     A:Sorry  we cannot ship overseas due to new electronic laws passed in Europe last year.

 (4)-Q: I notice that you do not ship overseas,can I send you payment and can you ship the pedal to my friend in the states? A: Sorry we cannot ship overseas due to new electronic laws passed in Europe last year and cannot accept payment from customer's who are overseas.

.(5)-Q: I want to order 2 Megavibes,please put me on the list for 2 Megavibes.

       A: Sorry but we only accept one order of any one pedal per order per customer which means you can order pedals but only one of any type per order.

 (6)-Q: Since I can't order 2 Megavibes  in one order can I order one large Megavibe and one small Megavibe in an order since they are 2 individual pedals?

       A: Sorry the limit is only one of either Megavibe per order.

(7)- Q:What is the return policy on your products?

       A:We offer a 10 day trial period on our pedals to which you have up to 10 days to decide if our product has the sound  & quality you're looking for.  In the unlikely chance that you aren't satisfied with our product & return product within the 10 day trial period you get a full refund minus S & H. *Note: customer is responsible for return S & H (prepaid & insured) not refunded.

(8)- Q:How does your pedals compare to other brands of similar type pedals?

       A:Sometimes customers ask:"how does your pedal sound & compare to so & so's(other brands) & is your pedal better? Of course there's always going to be people & their dogs who will claim "we make the best blah blah blah out there!" Anyone can say that! We make a policy of not comparing our products to other brands period! nor will we ever claim ours is the best-we let our products speak for themselves in sound quality & workmanship.

(9)- Q:Why should I buy KR Musical pedals-what do you offer in your products?

       A:We offer pedals that give you the vintage sound quality & which offer more reliability & workmanship than that of many the originals-featuring the authentic circuitry with vintage style components & analog! We take pride in that all our pedals are made for discerning musician looking for the right tone.

(10)- Q: What brand of 9v batteries do you recommend for your smaller pedals.

       A: We recommend Panasonic "super heavy duty" 9v batteries-can be found at dollar stores.

(11)- Q:Do you do mods (modifications) to your pedals or mods to similar type pedals to yours or other pedals? 

        A: We don't do mods on our pedals for the general public-doing so would be dirtying the waters so to speak, Also we don't mod pedals similar to ours nor other pedals. We recommend that you have your local guitar tech or electronics tech mod your pedals as it's better that way as you're there-one on one to see & hear the mods as they're being done.

(12)- Q: Are your pedals available right away?,how long before I receive my pedal?

       A:Once you get on our waiting list then when your name comes up on the waiting list we will contact you for payment options  and once we recieve payment you will recieve your pedal within 2 weeks,we do not accept pre-payments,only when we contact you when your name comes up on the list. it generally is around a 6 to 8 months  waiting period for pedals from the time when you ask to be put on the waiting list but as I catch up on orders the wait time could be less.

(13)-Q: Emails we receive asking questions like: do you sell overseas?,do you ship to Europe?,

         A: We can't sell overseas to europe-Only to US & Canada due to new european electronics laws passed in july 2006-when we are able to sell overseas in the possible future then we will post it here on the website.

(14)-Q: I'm in europe & would like to order a pedal, can I get on your waiting list for a pedal then have a friend in the US ship it to me since you can't ship overseas?

        A;Sorry, waiting list is for US/Canada only and we can not accept payment from overseas when we can't ship there.
